Jamie Lee Rice
Jamie Lee Rice is one of the newest additions to the DMX music design team. She joins DMX with experience in fashion merchandising, trend spotting, and marketing. Each of which provides a unique insight into the musical development of a brand. Beginning in June of 2008 she was the first music design intern in the history of DMX. Since her promotion to a music designer, Jamie Lee has worked with clients such as Top Shop, LL Bean, Claire’s, Thomas Pink, The Melting Pot, and Doubletree. While interning at DMX, Jamie Lee finished an honors degree at The University of Texas at Austin in which she completed an undergraduate thesis on emotional branding in popular culture. She is able to utilize this knowledge to help clients establish a psychological methodology behind the music played in their stores.
When she’s not in the office, Jamie Lee enjoys pursuing her study of trends, watching movies, and spending time with her friends, her fiancé, and her two Pomeranian puppies.
