Alexandra Olavarria
Alexandra Olavarria was born in Caracas, Venezuela. When she was as little as 15 days old, she moved to her beloved Margarita Island, where she grew up and attended elementary and high school. Since she was a child, she felt a deep passion for music and entertainment, and participated in all cultural acts at school. Being only 16, she moved to the US, where she graduated with honors from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida, and was placed on the Dean's List. She received a BS in Business Administration with a major in International Business/Trade/Marketing and a specialization in Advertising. While at university, she had the opportunity to work with different artists, at several events, concerts, fashion shows, in the world of music and TV, and in marketing and promotion. After graduation, she was lucky enough to serve an internship and work at one of the top record labels in the music industry, where she reaffirmed her passion for music.
Alexandra defines herself as a persevering, steadfast and very avant-garde person. She loves to be up to date with what’s in vogue in the genres she likes best, including Pop, Ballads, Reggaeton, Tropical music (Bachata, Salsa, Merengue, Vallenato, etc.). She has an outstanding music ear and can almost always tell when a song will become a hit.
