How do I cancel my Pandora for business subscription?

Login to the “Manage My Account” section of www.dmx.com/pandora with your DMX account name and password.
Go to the Subscriptions section. There you will see which of your subscriptions is Active or Inactive. Click Edit for the subscription you would like to update and then you will see a “Cancel” button on the detailed box for that subscription.
If you have more than one subscription for your account then you will be able to cancel individual subscriptions so that you may continue to receive the service for other locations as needed.
Recurring billing will stop at the end of your billing cycle and the service will remain active until that date. No partial or prorated refunds are given.
